Food Europe was launched to fill a gap in the marketplace as a source of unbiased information concerning the major aspects of the food and beverage manufacturing process, from ingredients, to processing, packaging and analysis and control. These main pillars remain the cornerstone of our publication and serve to bring together major players across the industry, from sourcing through to manufacturing.
Our initial focus was on Europe, and whilst the magazine is still called Food Europe, we are constantly updating our distribution database to include interested parties in regions such as the Americas, Middle East and Asia.
As the industry evolves, electronic distribution is clearly the best and fastest way to distribute the latest news and reach the maximum number of readers possible, although we continue to produce paper copies for subscribers and delegates at major trade shows.
